Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team to ensure quality results and service delivery for clients
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and cash posting processes, ensuring compliance with established policies
• Measure and evaluate team performance based on key performance indicators, providing coaching and feedback as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in managing teams within a medical billing environment
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital billing
• Proven experience with performance management and coaching activities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
