• Oversee billing activities, including charge entry, billing inquiries, and quality assurance
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to achieve or exceed targets

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in medical billing environments
• Experience with forecasting, staffing, and workload balancing
• Demonstrated success in performance management and coaching teams
• Strong customer service orientation and advanced analytical skills
