Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle to lead and manage the revenue cycle process of a clinical independent lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain revenue cycle department priorities, procedures, and policies
• Monitor client accounts receivable activity and performance, initiating corrective measures as needed
• Oversee daily performance of the revenue cycle department and manage all accounts receivable operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with strong knowledge of claims processing
• 5+ years of leadership experience with the ability to recruit and motivate teams
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
