Job Summary

Owning regional revenue performance, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Manager will manage end-to-end revenue processes, focusing on reimbursement optimization, denial reduction, and cash acceleration while leading a team of Claims Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvements in first pass resolution and authorization to payment cycle time while ensuring compliance with state contract revenue requirements
• Lead structured payer escalation processes and coordinate cross-functional resolution strategies to address denial trends and reimbursement risks
• Develop regional revenue forecasts and establish standardized revenue governance and reporting practices across regions

Required qualifications

• 7 or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in improving accounts receivable performance and managing denial reduction strategies
• Experience leading multi-level teams in a complex, multi-state environment
• Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability
