Job Summary

Leading a team of RCM Representatives specializing in cash application, the full-time remote RCM Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive improvements in revenue cycle management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise RCM Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Monitor and enhance electronic payment processing while ensuring timely application of unapplied payments
• Develop reporting tools to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of revenue cycle or general accounting experience
• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and cash application
• Understanding of accounting concepts and procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including the use of advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to supervise staff and drive team performance improvements
