Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the billing department, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Manager will maximize net revenues and cash flow while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, monitor accounts receivable activity, and communicate performance data to Senior Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, accounts receivable, and denial management
• Analyze financial data and present trends and status updates to Senior Leadership
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve revenue cycle metrics and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid payer guidelines
• Experience with claims processing and editing systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
