Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Cycle Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee and optimize the revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely claim submissions and improving performance metrics while supporting national growth in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the full revenue cycle, including charge capture, coding, billing, and collections
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submission with a focus on Medicare and commercial payers
• Monitor and improve key revenue cycle performance metrics, including AR days and denial rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in wound care or specialty care
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B billing, coding, and compliance
• Proven ability to improve revenue cycle performance metrics and operational outcomes
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party billing vendors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive corrective action
