Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

To oversee revenue cycle systems and lead configuration staff, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will serve as the organization's RCM subject matter expert, managing applications and workflows while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization of revenue cycle applications and workflows
• Serve as the primary RCM subject matter expert for payer configuration, fee schedules, billing rules, claims workflows, and revenue cycle reporting
• Translate complex business and billing requirements into detailed system specifications and configuration requirements

Required qualifications

• Significant professional experience within Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare applications/systems
• Strong hands-on knowledge of RCM system configuration and optimization
• Demonstrated expertise with payer configuration, fee schedules, billing logic, and claims processing
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and testing plans
• Previous experience leading projects or RCM configuration/application staff
