Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the full revenue cycle process, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will manage claims, denials, and patient billing while collaborating with an offshore billing team in a hybrid work environment based in Cerritos, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Submit claims accurately and on time while ensuring coding accuracy for therapy services
• Manage accounts receivable by addressing denials, filing appeals, and reconciling payments
• Oversee patient billing inquiries and maintain compliance with payor requirements and HIPAA guidelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in medical billing and revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years owning a book of business
• Direct experience with outpatient physical, occupational, or speech therapy billing
• Knowledge of Medicaid, commercial HMO and PPO plans, and Medicare Part B therapy rules
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data reconciliation
• Experience managing remote teams and setting priorities across time zones
