Job Summary
To support the transition of new billing teams, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Manager will manage operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements while fostering collaboration across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Transition new billing teams into the Revenue Cycle operations
- Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards
- Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of related experience, including 4-5+ years in revenue cycle supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, collections, and medical billing processes
- Experience with billing systems and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to lead process improvement projects and manage competing priorities
