Job Summary

Leading a team within the Yield Management Division, the full-time Manager Revenue Cycle will oversee audit support activities for healthcare accounts, focusing on maximizing claim identification and overpayment recoveries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team to enhance revenue cycle operations and customer satisfaction
• Analyze revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend pricing changes to drive profitability
• Oversee financial operations, ensuring effective payment processing and cash flow management while adhering to compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or business operations, preferably in healthcare
• 2-4 years of people management experience
• Strong SQL querying skills and proficiency in Tableau for reporting
• Prior experience with direct client contact in account management or audit roles
