Job Summary

Managing the Revenue Cycle services team, the full-time remote Manager, Revenue Cycle will oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, and personnel actions while ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Services team, delegating tasks and evaluating work quality
• Administer personnel actions including hiring, training, and performance appraisals in accordance with company policies
• Develop team capabilities and improve processes to meet objectives and enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with prior personnel and budget management experience
• Substantial knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and reimbursement models
• Complete understanding of laws and regulations affecting the healthcare revenue cycle
• Recognized subject matter expertise in medical billing, claims, and denials
