Job Summary

To lead and scale operations in a remote environment, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections, while driving process improvements and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient patient registration, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections
• Build and mentor a high-performing revenue cycle team, establishing KPIs and performance metrics
• Analyze denial trends and collaborate with payers to resolve underpayments and improve reimbursement accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong background in billing, coding, collections, payer relations, and denial management
• Proven success in team leadership and process optimization
• Proficiency in revenue cycle software, EHR systems, and financial reporting tools
