Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of remote accounts receivable specialists, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will ensure optimal revenue cycle results for assigned clients, focusing on performance metrics, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees a remote team to manage accounts receivable functions, driving revenue generation
• Continuously evaluates revenue cycle operations, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met
• Analyzes A/R trends and collection processes to identify cash flow improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of RCM management experience in a healthcare-related industry, preferably with Ambulatory Surgical Centers or outpatient hospitals
• Familiarity with SIS, HST, Advantx, and/or Waystar preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and their impact on A/R and cash results
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of computerized billing systems, including intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to lead projects and manage staff effectively to achieve organizational goals
