Revenue Cycle Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with Revenue Cycle leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Revenue Cycle Orientation & Technical Onboarding Specialist will develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate program success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement curricula for Revenue Cycle orientation and technical onboarding programs
• Facilitate training sessions and develop learning deliverables for various roles within the organization
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in onboarding, training, or human resources, preferably in a corporate environment
• Experience in curriculum design or instructional design
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus
