Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue generating departments on cash-related issues and perform month-end tasks including reconciliation and payment posting
• Act as a subject matter expert in cash processing and collaborate with various departments to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate communication among billing offices and assist in resolving reconciliation variances while preparing data requests for audits

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business/Healthcare related field preferred or equivalent experience
• One to three years of recent experience in healthcare cash processing, finance, or patient accounting
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, demanding environment
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating information and synthesizing actionable insights
