Revenue Cycle Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate - Revenue & Payment Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including invoicing, claims collection, and reconciliation
• Independently manage case workload and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
• Serve as the primary billing contact for clients, addressing and resolving billing and payment issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, claims billing/coding, or related fields
• Background in healthcare or digital health; startup experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like NetSuite, Jira, or Salesforce
• Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
