Managing reimbursement operations, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Operations Director will oversee accounts receivable management, billing, and collections while working remotely to optimize reimbursement performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily reimbursement operations and team member HR-related issues
• Achieve accounts receivable goals and maintain cash targets monthly and annually
• Implement and maintain billing compliance policies in accordance with company and governmental guidelines

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of government and managed care systems, including audits and payor strategies
• Experience in developing and analyzing budgets
