Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations - Payer Accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with payers to build relationships, resolve claims issues, and analyze performance trends
• Utilize data analytics to facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs related to payer escalations
• Lead and develop a team of analysts to meet performance targets and improve revenue cycle understanding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in a hospital setting
• Leadership skills to coach and model core values
• Experience with change management and analytical tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, or Visual Basic is a plus
