Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Revenue Cycle Operations Manager will manage team performance, develop strategies for process optimization, and maintain client relationships in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring effective communication and reporting
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize processes and drive profitability across the client portfolio
- Provide analysis and quality assurance for projects, prioritizing research efforts and supporting team goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with demonstrated academic achievement
- 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience with Epic software
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations and relevant domain knowledge
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
