Job Summary

Supporting the strategy and execution of operational initiatives, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle and Coding Business Operations Manager will manage cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue cycle management and medical coding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational roadmaps and drive operational excellence through scalable process design
• Optimize operational technology and platforms by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and developing KPIs and dashboards for data-informed decision-making
• Collaborate with operational leaders and teams to enhance service quality and efficiency across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, healthcare operations, or a related field
• Experience in revenue cycle management, medical coding, or related services
• Demonstrated ability to advance cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
