Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve registration, coverage, and eligibility issues related to billing through various Epic work queues
• Perform detailed reviews of disputed self-pay account balances and collaborate with departments to address billing issues
• Assist in training and mentoring staff on registration policies and Epic system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Billing Certification preferred (Epic Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing Admin)
• 3 years of experience in registration billing and denial management or related fields
• Experience in training and staff development preferred
• Strong knowledge of third-party payor reimbursement and compliance rules
