Revenue Cycle Optimization Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Optimization Program Manager will develop and execute optimization activities remotely, collaborating with Revenue Cycle Leadership to enhance net revenue, accelerate cash flow, and reduce costs through process and technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Directs performance improvement initiatives using lean methodology for the mid-revenue cycle
• Leads large strategic initiatives and cross-functional workflow issues to identify solutions and best practices
• Monitors organizational KPIs and performs operational data analysis to align improvement efforts with strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline
• Five years of progressively responsible mid-revenue cycle work experience
• EPIC experience required; certification preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle industry trends and best practices
• Strong project management skills and experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary teams
