Revenue Cycle Payment Posting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle - Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue cycle operations for one or more clients and meet or exceed established goals
• Manage a team of Medical Collectors / Accounts Receivable Representatives and provide daily support and guidance
• Troubleshoot problematic accounts, identify trends, and lead initiatives to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in ASC, Hospital management, or healthcare provider revenue cycle operations
• 3+ years of management experience in revenue cycle managing either people or projects
• 3 years of experience with Payment Posting
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, EOBs, financial reports, and payer specific rules
