Revenue Cycle Performance Advisor

Job Summary

Focusing on strategically optimizing the Part B revenue cycle, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Performance Advisor will analyze KPIs, manage staff activities, and collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiency and achieve financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to optimize the Revenue Cycle Quality and Performance Management function
• Analyze data and prepare project reports for management, identifying trends and recommending process improvements
• Manage business activities and vendor performance, ensuring project progress aligns with budget and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role
• Demonstrated experience in front-end revenue cycle and physician billing
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret reports and draw conclusions
