Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting, analysis, and reconciliation related to gross and net revenue, including denials management and charge capture
• Analyze workflow and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improved reimbursement
• Develop dashboards and report cards to monitor and report progress and trends to revenue cycle leadership

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-5 years of experience in revenue integrity for a multi-specialty healthcare facility
• Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
• SQL experience
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
