Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst, the full-time remote role will manage quality audits, prepare performance reports, and draft mitigation plans to enhance operational excellence in healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and performance standards are met
• Prepare and deliver quality scorecard performance reports to operational leaders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
• Identify underperforming workflows and draft mitigation plans to restore optimal performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End, Mid-Cycle, or Back End
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others
