Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager (REMOTE) Revenue Cycle Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide managerial direction and leadership for the revenue cycle performance management team
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and manage continuous improvement projects
• Motivate the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in revenue management, specifically in performance improvement or process improvement projects
• Experience in a complex multi-entity healthcare organization is preferred
• Extensive knowledge in project plan development and managing complex process improvement projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
