Job Summary
Managing revenue cycle performance initiatives, the full-time Revenue Cycle Performance Manager will provide leadership and expertise to enhance operational and financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage revenue cycle performance management team to identify and implement enhancement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement projects and strategies within the revenue cycle to achieve organizational goals
- Facilitate collaboration among multi-functional teams and executive leaders to optimize revenue cycle operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in revenue management or performance improvement within a healthcare organization
- Proven management skills with a focus on team building and leadership
- Extensive experience in project plan development and workflow analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
