Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pod Captain, Revenue Cycle Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist representatives with difficult accounts and ensure timely claim processing
• Review and audit representatives' productivity and quality of work, providing training as needed
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and regulations
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
• Experience in training new employees and managing schedules
