Revenue Cycle Pre-Registration Associate

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Pre-Registration Associate will conduct patient interviews, ensure accurate billing records, and collect estimated financial liabilities while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview patients via phone to complete the pre-registration process
• Comply with regulatory requirements and educate patients on their financial responsibilities
• Document patient interactions thoroughly and resolve any discrepancies in demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred
• General knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in typing
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English; bilingual is a plus
