Revenue Cycle Product Lead

Job Summary

Revenue Cycle Product Lead, a full-time position responsible for optimizing revenue cycle processes and enhancing operational efficiency within the DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions for revenue cycle optimization across the DOD enterprise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor vendor performance and facilitate process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 3 years of relevant experience
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• 3 years of prior IHT Revenue Cycle experience
• 2 years of cross-functional, EHR/IHT project management experience
• Deep understanding of EHR revenue cycle systems and health business office operations
