Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of revenue cycle products, the contract Revenue Cycle Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote role focused on optimizing operations within a healthcare organization dedicated to kidney care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery to post-launch optimization
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver value
• Collaborate with operational, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build integrated solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record in launching successful software products
• Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly in revenue cycle technology
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
