Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technology-enabled service offerings for the Revenue Cycle Intelligence team

• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with various levels of staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a health-related field; MBA, MHA, or MPH is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare experience, specifically in revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators and operational drivers in a revenue cycle environment
• Technical knowledge in the area of expertise with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RHIA)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing multiple projects
