Revenue Cycle Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of professional billing revenue cycle programs, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the revenue cycle team and clinical stakeholders, focusing on optimizing financial operations and enhancing the provider and patient financial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clinic administrators, physicians, and departmental leadership to drive alignment and resolve revenue cycle issues
• Oversee the planning and execution of revenue cycle initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational financial goals and operational priorities
• Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue cycle optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Ability to substitute one year of education for one year of required work experience or vice versa
