A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Project Manager with expertise in front, middle, and back-end operations, specifically with Epic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle projects across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions
• Manage Epic-related implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and workflow redesigns
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience across all functions
• Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB)
• Proven experience managing complex healthcare or IT projects
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle metrics and best practices
