Key Responsibilities

• Conducts audits on Patient Financial Services team members for accuracy and compliance
• Develops error tracking systems and creates reports to monitor QA standards
• Collaborates with leadership to develop performance improvement coaching and education plans

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with commercial or government billing processes
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services and reimbursement principles
• 2-4 years of experience in auditing and quality assurance in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
