Job Summary

Conducting monthly quality audits, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist will provide feedback to department managers and staff, ensuring adherence to policies and processes while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine monthly audits to verify accuracy in key systems and compliance with policies
• Prepare performance reports on audit outcomes for departmental and company leadership review
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to address quality issues and assist in designing improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and hospital billing
• Experience with patient registration and Epic systems
• Proficient computer skills
