Revenue Cycle Recovery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Bad Debt Recovery Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient balances and determine when accounts should advance to collections
• Research and resolve insurance issues, including eligibility, benefits, reimbursement, and claim discrepancies
• Communicate with the collections agency and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account handling

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
