Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit claims accurately and timely, respond to denials, and manage insurance follow-up and collections
• Contact insurance carriers for authorizations, research medical records, and submit required medical information
• Analyze and correct patient invoices/accounts, maintain work queues, and resolve payment and billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities (Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
