Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative - Physician Insurance Billing and Follow-Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately submit claims, respond to denials, and manage re-bills of insurance claims
• Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, resolving discrepancies through various methods
• Research and resolve issues related to payment posting, insurance denials, and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation processes
