Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative responsible for managing cash management and follow-up on missing payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Research unidentified payments through payer websites and billing systems
• Follow up to have missing insurance checks reissued to the correct address
• Identify and address third-party payer trends causing account reconciliation issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care carriers
• Understanding of carrier policies and procedures for accounts receivable
• Experience in billing, follow-up, call-center, or collections
