Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative - Patient Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit insurance claims accurately and timely, addressing denials and re-bills
• Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, resolving discrepancies with internal and external departments
• Analyze patient invoices for corrections and maintain work queues while responding to third-party correspondence

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Participation in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge
