Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative - Patient Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately submit claims and respond to denials while managing insurance follow-up and collections
• Analyze and correct patient invoices or accounts to ensure clean claim submissions
• Reconcile accounts and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation
