Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the accurate submission of insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and resolve discrepancies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and manage insurance claims, including responses to denials and re-bills
• Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, collaborating with internal and external departments to resolve issues
• Maintain work queues and respond to third-party correspondence, ensuring timely resolution of payment and billing inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities such as authorization, billing, or collections
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
