Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the accurate submission of insurance claims, follow up on denials, and reconcile accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and responses to denials
• Conduct follow-up on unpaid claims and resolve discrepancies through various methods
• Research and analyze patient invoices for clean claim submissions and necessary corrections

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
