Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To enhance patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage insurance claims submissions, follow-ups, and collections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and responses to denials, including re-billing as necessary
• Analyze and correct patient invoices/accounts related to clean claim submissions and maintain work queues
• Contact insurance carriers and patients to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary authorizations and information

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities such as billing or collections
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
