Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support efficient revenue management, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will handle the submission and follow-up of insurance claims, resolve denials, and maintain accounts receivable while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and manage all aspects of insurance follow-up and collections
• Analyze patient invoices for clean claim submissions and maintain work queues while resolving discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and respond to correspondence, identifying trends and suggesting resolutions to management

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities (Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
