Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support the Jefferson Revenue Cycle Enterprise, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the reconciliation of payments, investigate payment issues, and ensure accurate cash processing by collaborating with Payment Representatives and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve payment issues through research and investigation, ensuring proper application of payments
• Utilize online payor portals for claims determination and maintain accurate accounts receivable
• Communicate potential system and reimbursement issues to supervisors for analysis and resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, with strong skills in MS Excel and Access
• Knowledge of accounting ledgers and balance sheets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Proficient in web tools and technology
