Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accounts receivable while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and responses to denials
• Conduct follow-up on unpaid claims and resolve issues related to payments, adjustments, and refunds
• Research and analyze patient invoices to facilitate clean claim submissions and maintain work queues

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities (e.g., Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
